Delivery Information

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, most orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 3:00 pm.

UK Shipping Options

Free Economy UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – Our free UK Delivery Option is available on all order with no minimum spend required to qualify. We use Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service for this and delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) – Aims to deliver within 1-2 working days including Saturdays but can be expected next day if ordered before 3:00 pm.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery 1:00 pm) – Our express delivery option is guaranteed next day by 1:00 pm (Mon-Sat) if ordered before 3:00 pm. This delivery service includes full tracking details which will be sent to you via email upon dispatch. A signature is required upon delivery.

International Shipping Options

(Royal Mail International Standard) – Delivery can be expected within  3-7 working days to destinations within Europe. Delivery to the rest of the world can be expected within 5-10 working days. (No tracking information is supplied with this service)

(Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed) – Delivery can be expected within 3-7 working days to destination within Europe. Delivery to the rest of the world can be expected within 5-10 working days. This delivery service has full end to end tracking information, you will be supplied with tracking details via email upon dispatch. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Concept Graphics encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Cancellations & Returns

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us please send an e-mail to contact@concept-graphics.co.uk. We can cancel the order at any time so long as the Goods haven’t been dispatched.

In the event that your order has been dispatched you can return the Goods to us within 30 working days. The Goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging (With the exception of clothing products). The costs of returning Goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the Goods we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the Goods only.

The Goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
